Platform administrator operations

Use Platform Administrator only for platform work. Verify churches with evidence; classify real, pending, demo or suspected records without deleting linked data. Appoint scoped staff only after identity verification.

Language Studio edits database translations and adds fallback languages. Content Studio publishes localized pages with audit revisions. Menu Studio orders permitted links. Geography and virtual hubs requires sourced, versioned geography; never assume a district count or an official denomination affiliation.

Providers start disabled. Configure private credentials, run an authorized real test, and then enable the provider. Manual top-ups require an independent payment verifier. Unknown provider outcomes stay reserved for investigation. Control Centre shows actual versions, migrations and job runs. Daily encrypted backups require a private encryption key and weekly independent restore checks.

Platform support has ticket-based diagnostics and no general private chat or finance access.
